I am a new member, but I've been lurking on ARFCOM for a while now. Practically everyone on ARFCOM (except for the trolls ofc) falls into one of two categories in regards to their politics:
1. Right-wing republicans- Practically all of the old people, most of the LE guys, and many of the military guys. If you are military and old, guaranteed you are here A. Says things like: "Is it radical to support the constitution?" "Men and women have died fighting for our freedom..." "Judges are too easy on criminals and too hard on the police..." "Why don't we just build a wall?" "Disrespecting the American flag should be a crime" "The Patriot Act and the NSA helps stop terrorists..." "Edward Snowden is a traitor..." B. You are on ARFCOM bc you grew up with guns, and made the jump to ARs either through your LE/Military job or around 2000. Before that you only had bolt guns bc "ARs are inaccurate." You think the 2nd amendment is the most important in the bill of rights. 2. Libertarians of different flavors- Some hard, some soft, some minarchist, some anarchist. Practically all of the young people, some of the LE guys, many of the military guys. A. Says things like: "Why don't we legalize marijuana?" "Police have too much power..." "Iraq was a stupid war..." "The federal reserve x & y..." "The TSA is an abomination..." "I think the Constitution is overrated..." B. You are on ARFCOM because you grew up with bolt guns and maybe a Marlin .22, but like ARs bc you are convinced that there is going to be a revolution and you are going to need it for fighting in it. C. You were introduced to libertarianism by Ron Paul, but pretend you have been around it for a lot longer. Am I right or am I wrong? |

I had an uzi when I was 12. A wonderful Norinco one. It was a bump firing beast. An AR not long after.
My personal politics are something of a mix between conservative and libertarian. I say wrong. |

On composing thought provoking threads:
You would have a better chance jacking off a bobcat in a telephone booth. |

Try to remember usernames and you can see some people jumping between 1 & 2 in reaction to the subject matter

You (OP) are laboring under a multitude of false assumptions. However, if that fits into your world view then by all means continue on with your philosophical categorization of ALL people on this grate site.
|
|
So what you are saying is, most people here have the correct political views. I'm down with that
|
|
Sigh, sometimes you just can't fix stupid so I won't even attempt to.

You forgot about those of us who just want to see it burn.

No. You suck at prognostication. Your theory is simpleminded and retarded. How old are you?

English is not your first language.
Am I right or am I wrong? |

1. Right-wing republicans- Nope Independent (Constitutionalist)
A. Says things like: "Is it radical to support the constitution? Yes "Judges are too easy on criminals and too hard on the police..." Yes and no, Judges are often lenient on both and I question why cops are harder on cops. "Why don't we just build a wall?" Kind of, more like why don't we turn the 10 miles going into mexico into a wasteland. "Disrespecting the American flag should be a crime" I support the Constitution and judges have ruled its their first amendment right to be assholes. "The Patriot Act and the NSA helps stop terrorists..." Nope. "Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." - Benjamin Franklin "Edward Snowden is a traitor..." Nope. I'm all for people coming forward and dropping dimes on a corrupt gov. B. You are on ARFCOM bc you grew up with guns. Nope didn't fire my first gun til July of 06'. " You think the 2nd amendment is the most important in the bill of rights. The only thing you've guessed correctly. View Quote Don't assume because you've lurked a while that you know shit about "most" of the members here. |

She is cute though. Indeed. I'd awkwardly invite her to my mom's basement all day long. |
